Understanding Your Influence on Culture

Your Leadership and Values Shape the Culture Around You

At the heart of our problems with other people are often conflicts in values. We may value different things, or, we may value the same thing and act on it differently. It can be hard to understand others if we don’t understand our own filter- the lens of our personal values and beliefs that shape how we view the world around us.

By clarifying our lens, we can better suspend judgment of ourselves and others. You can work on how you express your values, and better influence the relationship you have with yourself and others. Doing so also influences how you’re fostering an engaged culture within your organization.

This course is not currently on our public calendar, however it is available for you to schedule with just you and your team. Click below to get information about hosting this course privately for your organization.
